Visitors and participants of WOGA2013 are coming from all over the world and this is what makes the games so exciting! Would you like to grab this opportunity to show how good your Spanish is or how well you can acompany our VIPS from one location to another? Would you like to help speakers on our Human Rights Conference or would you like to shake it up behind our bar? Then this is the right place to volunteer!
WOGA2013 is a large professional event, where tolerance, diversity, hospitality, social innovation, sports, culture and human rights are key. And you can be directly part of it.

The process has two phases.
1. You sign up by giving us your name and a valid e-mail address. Within 10-15 minutes you will receive your personal password and a link to the volunteer system by e-mail.
2. Use the link to access the system. Your username is the e-mail address you entered when signing up (also the e-mail address used to send you the welcome e-mail). Now you are ready to create your personal profile.
You can access your personal profile anytime by using the registration link on this page or the direct link in the automatic generated welcome e-mail. Please keep the welcome e-mail with your password - you will need for future login.

Of course the majority of people will be needed during the events from 31 July to 11 August inclusive. There are all kinds of activities needing attention: catering; couriers; sport officials; reception staff; the Rainbow Village; the human-rights conference, and so forth.

In May the various duties will be fed into the Pink Office registration system, which will then be able to match your availability and talents with the jobs that need doing. So in May we'll be able to let you know when and for what you've been scheduled as a volunteer.
